3/4 cup smooth peanut butter 1/2 cup butter 1 1/4 cup brown sugar 3 tablespoons milk 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 large egg Mix all above ingredients until creamy Then add: 1 3/4 cup flour 3/4 teaspoons baking soda 3/4 teaspoons salt Preheat oven to 175 Scoop out dough and roll into balls.
