Country Pride
There is no country that is perfect.
We can always work to make things better.
That’s part of being a good citizen!
Even though there are lot’s of thing’s that need changed to make things fair and equal, it is still good to feel pride in your country.
It’s fun to cheer for your country in the Olympics! It’s also fun to watch the fireworks on July 1st or July 4th.
I get to watch both because I am a citizen of both countries!
That makes it hard for me to decide who to cheer for when the US and Canada compete in a game.
A good citizen tries to make their country better and that makes them feel proud!
