Dolly Parton’s Scrambled Eggs

Dolly says, “put in a few drops of ice water as you’re cooking scrambled

eggs and that makes them fluffier.”

Serves 2

Ingredients:

4 eggs

2 tsp olive oil

Small amount of ice water

Directions:

In a medium bowl, crack the eggs and beat them well.

Set a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add the oil.

Allow the pan to heat up for 2-3 minutes. If you put the eggs in too soon,

while the pan is still cold, they will stick.

Pour the eggs into the skillet, and scramble them with a spatula to fluff

them up.

Sprinkle ice water over the eggs as you stir.

Cook the eggs for 3-4 minutes, or until no longer runny.

Season scrambled eggs with salt and pepper to taste.

Eat the eggs with toast, biscuits or whatever you fancy for breakfast!
