Gender-Based Equity
Gender is how you feel inside even if it doesn’t match the way you look outside. For instance, I have female body parts and I feel like a girl inside. But, NOT everyone has bodies that match their gender.
Women often make less money working the same jobs as men. This is NOT FAIR AT ALL! People should be paid equally for equal work, regardless of their gender or color or if they have a disability.
