Ginger Bread Recipe

3 Cups flour

3/4 Cup brown sugar

3/4 teaspoon baking soda

1 tablespoon cinnamon

1tablespoon ginger

1/2 teaspoon cloves

1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix these ingredients together

Cut in 12 tablespoons butter

Add 3/4 Cup molasses and 1 tablespoon milk.

Mix all ingredients until it forms a ball. Divide ball in half, and refidgerate for at least 2 hours

Roll out dough 1/2 inches thick

Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350

Don’t over bake 😉

3 cups icing sugar

1 egg white

2 tablespoons of light corn syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix all ingredients in mixer with whisk attachment

Use water to thin to right consistency
