Elsa’s Snowy Macaroni and Cheese
After ice skating with Anna and Olaf, Elsa loves to make the perfect lunch to share with her friends–macaroni and cheese!
Ellie Boggs also loves macaroni and cheese!
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons of butter
3 tablespoons of flour1 1/2 cups milk
2 cups white cheddar cheese1 cup mozza cheese
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg1 3/4 teaspoons salt
3 cups macaroni2 cups cauliflower
Directions:
1. Cook macaroni
2. Mix together oil, butter and flour
3. Add milk4. Add cooked macaroni5. Add cooked cauliflower6. Add cheese
7. Eat and enjoy!
