Here’s the recipe of the beef sliders
12 dinner rolls
One package of sliced beef roast
Swiss cheese
Sauce
1/2 cup butter
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon brown spicy mustard
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cut buns in half. Place all bottoms of buns into a suitable pan – we used a 9×13″ pan. Layer the roast beef slices on the buns. Layer Swiss cheese slices over beef. Put bun tops on.
Heat sauce just until butter is melted
Spoon sauce over buns, using all the sauce.
We added fried onion slices and mushrooms, which we put in just before the roast beef, and it was yummy 😋
Bake for 30 min.
