Chocolate Zucchini cake
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup margarine
1 and 3/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 cups zucchini
2 and 1/2 cups flour
1/3 cup cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
Pree heat the oven to 350
Mix all ingredients well. Pour into greased 9×13″ pan
Pour 6 ounces package of chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 40 minutes
