Baked Oatmeal
#1. 1 chopped apple
#2. 1/4 cup raisins
#3. 1 cup oatmeal
#4. 1 cup milk ) can use 1 cup protein milk )
#5. 2 eggs DONT SKIP THIS PART
#6. Salt optional
#7. May add – chopped nuts, cinnamon, chia seeds, honey
Bake for 30 minutes in 4 small loaf pans
