Buzz Lightyear takes pride in building his snow space rangers. But what every space ranger needs is a rocket ship to travel to the moon and back!
Ingredients:
For the loaves:
#1. 1/4 cup ketchup
#2. 1/2 small onion, minced
#3. 1 teaspoon olive oil
#4. 1 pound ground beef or turkey
#5. 1/2 cup bread crumbs
#6. 1 egg
#7. 1/2 teaspoon oregano
#8. 1/2 teaspoon basil
#9. 1 teaspoon salt
#10. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
For the sauce:
#1. 1/4 cup ketchup
#2. 4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
#1. Wash your hands.
#2. Make the sauce by mixing together the ketchup and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl and set aside.
#3. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
#4. Line a 9-by-13 inch baking pan with aluminum foil & spray with cooking spray.
#5. Combine all the meat loaf ingredients in a large bowl with your hands.
#6. Scoop out a handful and shape it into a rocket shape on the baking sheet, adding more of the mixture for each wing.
#7. Bake for 40-50 minutes.
#8. Remove and let sit for 5 minutes before moving the meat loaves to a plate.
#9. Decorate each loaf with the sauce and serve.
