Ginger snaps
1 1/2 cup margarine
2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
1 cup molasses
1 teaspoon vanilla
Beat until creamy, then add
4 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
4 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
Roll into small balls, roll in sugar
Bake 9-10 minutes at 350
