Caramel sauce:
1/2 cups butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cups syrup
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoons baking soda
Pop 8 cups popcorn
Put all ingredients into saucepan and bring to boil, stirring constantly. Boil on medium for 1 minute and 45 seconds. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and baking soda. Mix well. Immediately pour over popcorn and mix to evenly coat popcorn.
