Blueberry scones
Mix dry ingredients together:
2 cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoons baking soda
6 tablespoons butter
1 cup blueberries
Mix wet ingredients:
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup buttermilk
Stir wet and dry ingredients together just until there is no flour left
Pat into a circle 1″ thick.
Top with sugar and cinnamon
Score into 8 pieces
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes
