2 1/2 cups flour
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 tablespoon yeast
1 egg
3/4 cups warm milk
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoons salt
Mix together, let rise 1/2 hour
Mix in all flour and knead for 7 minutes
Let rise 45 minutes
Roll into circles, fill with meat, cover and let rise for about 30 minutes. Brush with egg wash and bake 20 minutes.
