Macaroni Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
#1. 1 cup macaroni
#2. 1/2 cup celery
#3. 1/4 cup carrots
#4. 1/4 cup red pepper
#5. 2 tablespoons onion
#6. 1 cup mayo
#7. 3 tablespoons vinegar
#8. 2 tablespoons sugar
#9. 1 teaspoon mustard
#10. 1/2 teaspoon salt
#11. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
#1. Cook the ELBOW macaroni according to the instructions on the package.
#2. Drain well and rinse it under cold water to stop cooking.
#3. To make the dressing, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, yellow mustard, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
#4. Mix well.
#5. Don’t over mix.
#6. In a large bowl, add the cooled macaroni, the dressing, celery, carrots, red pepper, and onion.
#7. Mix well.
#8. Don’t over mix.
#9. Refrigerate the macaroni salad for at least 1 to 2 hours before serving.
