Pooh Bear’s Mini Honey Buns
Pooh Bear loves opening presents almost as much as he loves honey! This well-loved Christmas dessert is quick to make and delicious enough to share.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup unsalted butter
1/3 cup honey
1 tube fridge biscuits
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
3. Put butter in another small bowl and melt in the microwave. Stir in the honey. Divide half of the mixture evenly among 8-10 cups of a muffin tin.
4. Separate biscuits and roll each into a rope. Coil each rope into a circle and pinch each end of the rope into the coil so they don’t come apart. Put each honey bun into a muffin tin cup, top with the remaining honey mixture, and sprinkle with brown sugar topping.
5. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Cool and enjoy!
